  • Do you run a background check on your carriers?

    Absolutely! We require all of our towing companies and partners to complete an extensive application process so that you know you’re in good hands and are dealing with reputable companies.

  • I need my car picked up IMMEDIATELY. Is there any way to speed up the process?

    Once you have accepted your offer, you will be assigned a designated service provider to pick up your car. Your assigned carrier should call you in the next day or two to schedule your pickup. If you need an expedited pickup to avoid your vehicle being impounded or towed, feel free to call your carrier to see if they can help.

  • Can I reschedule my pick up?

    Once you have accepted your offer, you will be assigned a designated service provider to pick up your car. You can contact your carrier directly to schedule or reschedule your pick-up. 


    If you're not able to find their information or you're having difficulty reaching your carrier, give us a call at (877) 586-5692 option 2 and we’ll be happy to help.

  • Do I get paid with cash or check?

    It depends. Our carriers typically perform a high volume of transactions per day. For their safety, the majority pay by check rather than carrying around large amounts of cash and to also ensure they have a proper paper trail for the sale.


    However, in some cases, our carriers may be able to pay in cash, which would be at their discretion.


    Feel free to ask your carrier if they're able to pay in cash after accepting an offer.
